PayPal Executive Rahul Shah Joins Applause Executive Team To Scale Customer Success For Long Term Growth

Shah most recently led the Enterprise Technical Sales and Integration team at PayPal, where he was responsible for all technical aspects of selling, integrating and building long term value for merchants. He helped drive growth by implementing a Customer Success model based on a direct partnership with Sales and strong collaboration with Product, Engineering and Marketing that closely aligned with the expanding needs of PayPal’s merchant community.

Prior to PayPal, Shah led the Technology Development and Customer Service organizations at a subsidiary of Allianz, where he served as the executive responsible for driving the company’s digitalization efforts. He previously spent 8 years at GE in various global leadership roles across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from UMass, Amherst and an MBA from Cal, Berkeley.
