Mark Lapole is a product manager specializing in digital accessibility. In 2017 Mark was the Senior Product Manager and Ambassador for Accessibility at eBay. He teamed up with Applause to published articles about eBay and Applause partnering up to improve digital accessibility.

Mark attended Lebanon Valley College. In his early career, he worked as a web developer and UI designer for companies such as TEKSystems, United Messaging and IKON Office Solutions. In addition to working at eBay Mark was the Lead Accessibility and UX Designer at Thomson Reuters. Most recently Mark worked at Google as Accessibility UX Lead, Google Suite.
